Aging In Reverse

“You Look Younger Than Your Age”

That’s the compliment some people would want to hear. They delight in the sudden surprised looks that others have when they reveal the truth on how many birthdays they’ve already had. Looking 20 when they’re in their early 30s, looking 40 in their mid 60s, looking 18 when they’re actually in their late 20s and so on and so forth. This should explain why some spend bucket loads of their money investing on how they’ll maintain looking youthful despite their age. Botox, plastic surgeries, dozens and dozens of facial creams that need to be applied upon certain times of the day and so much more. Some of these are actually not as effective. That’s why some people chose to take in supplements. Want to maintain looking youthful? Here are some anti-aging supplements that work.

The Road to a Baby Face

Some of these vitamins and minerals might not be new to you, seeing as a plethora of companies under skincare usually make creams and supplements that contain these and advertise it as much as they for commercial use and to satisfy the demands of the people within their radius. First, you’ll need to know about the vitamins. They’re all very much common and are commonly known as Vitamins  A, C, D, B3, B6, and B9. In a nutshell, these vitamins help neutralize free radicals (those uncharged molecules that have a valence electron that likes going solo) that cause oxidative damage that leads to some cellular deterioration or the crumbling of cell walls.

There are also some fancy sounding ones such as coenzyme Q10, resveratrol, and glutathione. Coenzyme Q10 or CoQ10 is an extremely powerful anti-oxidant that improves skin texture and is responsible for the reduction of wrinkles, which is why it is used mostly as a core ingredient for anti-aging products. Reservatol is abundant in grapes, berries and red wine that has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties which makes it essential as a supplement. And then there’s glutathione. In a commercial level, it is commonly known for it’s ability to whiten skin and making it look fresh. But on a cellular level, it is actually a shield against free radicals which causes major aging damage as well as other health concerns. This can also reverse DNA damage and has direct benefits given to a cell and is usually accompanied with NAC or N-acetyl L-cysteine. These are found in many products but all of them can be found in a certain topical patch. Interested? Find out more by clicking the link.
